Chagrin Valley Paving has a seal coating & crack filling division whose team members are experienced over 10 years. The crack filling is done with the best suited crack filler material based on the prevailing conditions. Seal coating is either done by hand spray equipment or truck mounted equipment based on the pavement size and specific requirements. The material used for seal coating is provided by SEAL MASTER, whose pavement sealers and coatings set the industry standard with over 450 million gallons applied world wide and is formulated to be environmentally safe. Their sealers have a proven track record for prolonging asphalt life by offering maximum protection against oxidation of asphalt, water permeation, weathering, UV exposure & traffic. Chagrin Valley Paving has access to other types of seal coating materials based on the customer needs.
